What's happening to my damn spine?!?
What are ganglions?
Ganglions are small cysts occupied with a clear, jelly close to fluid that often appear as lumps/bumps on the hand and wrists. They can also develop on feet, ankles, knees, or shoulders. They are not cancerous. A ganglion can grow out of a pooled capsule, which surrounds and protects the mutual, or a tendon sheath, which covers the ligament.
If your lucky they disapear by themselves, but if it causes the anguish and difficulity to move the effeced joint, the lump can be removed.
