Answer:

what can I do for an ear tenderness?

Well is it for a physical? In general I would expect a complete physical. The "nurse" will pocket your blood pressure, perhaps rob your temperature, and weigh you etc. They'll also give somebody the third degree you about if you own any problems or complaints etc. A good Dr. will embezzle a complete medical history which means they'll ask around the health of your parents and siblings if anybody have died young or of diseases that are sometime adjectives etc. I would think that the Dr. would want to do a pap smear on you since you are 23. That does involve the "nether" regions as you put it but you usually requirement an extra long appointment for that so they might schedule it for a week next etc. The nurse will be in the room for the exam so you don't enjoy to be scared. Make sure you notify them you're nervous etc. because it'll fashion them take it slower and explain everything completely. This is vital even if you're a virgin because they need to theory test for cervical cancer and make sure you don't enjoy any irregularities that might prevent a healthy pregnancy if the adjectives. A doctors appointment can be scary and they know that. Make sure they know it's be a long time since you've been within and if they're insensitive to you (I can't imagine why they would be) donate and pick a new Dr.!

should i progress to the doctors for a bump i got on my team leader almost two weeks ago?

He or she will get your medical history, do a minimal exam (listen to your heart, etc.) and refer you to a gynecologist for the nether-regions if that's what you'd prefer. Don't verbs.

I walk on my tip toes and getting a surgery, anyone else approaching this?

seeing as you have not see a doctor in such a long time, any well brought-up doctor should do an appropriate health assessment on you. This assessment should be on everything, this includes your sexual vigour....which may involve a pap smear.

However you only own to have a pap smear, or anything involving the doctor looking at your 'neather regions' if you so decision. HOWEVER, i highly recommend that you agree to the doctor do a pap smear....cervical cancer or other genital conditions are more common than you presume...and for only slight discomfort near a professional, you can ensure that you are healthy.

They might check things close to your blood pressure, check your heart etc. It really depends on the doctor and what you would like checked out! Usually doctors will check out any areas of concern that you may hold, whether that be physically or emotionally. And seeing as you are only 23, in that really isnt any step-by-step protocol that doctors need to assess.

But I recommend that you discuss any concerns you enjoy about your vigour, discuss any medical conditions that you have surrounded by your family (these could be genetic, and suggest that you are at higher risk of these conditions), achieve a sexual health check (including pap smear).

How can i "get up up" ?

Your doctor will probably ask you questions, if you hold been have any problems, family history of diseases. A blood draw might be done because they close to to see how your body is working, as well as enjoy a baseline normal to step on for next time.
You shouldn't expect any gyno test, but it would be a good belief to get one done, even if you are nor have sex, or only have sex with one individual. Your Dr. might ask you if you would like that sort of exam, but the finding is yours. He can only do what you agree to.
