Plan something interesting and lovely each Monday: lunching at one of your favorite places near friends or colleagues, go out or cook a special dinner in the evening, rent a movie to survey etc...That way, Monday will come to be set to something else to you besides having to be in motion back to work or arts school.
An easy path to do the above is not to pack all the nice events into the weekend but to save some of them for Monday. It'll help out you to transition from 2 days of leisure/entertainment to 5 days of work and school more seamlessly.

Go to a class explicitly always on Mondays or don't scrutinize your favourite programmes when they are programmed on tv, tape them and you see everything on Mondays in one go. All your favourites!

Same method I deal beside all my day-to-day blues -- I find something to smile or chortle about. Even stupid things. Hang out next to somebody who tells stupid joke all the time. Wear mismatching socks in ridiculous colors and show 'em sour to your friends... making other people screech helps plentifully too.Yeah, it's stupid, but it works for me. :D
