I have a lower hindmost problem, doctor say's it's strain. Want's to know some exercises to relax my back.
as adviced by doctor i rested for a month and more but throbbing just comes out of no where on earth i want's to know is there any exercise that can relief i am an athlete and do a lot of workout but merely when there is no dull pain.

Have this Dr. taken an MRI? x-rays? anyway....you can try doing Posterior/anterior pelvic tilts, you can do straight leg raisings, you can stretch those muscles in the back, strengthen you core(abdominals) to relieve with the muscles contained by the back. As an athlete you know your stretches, but you enjoy to be more careful how you are working out, if your fund is hurting you, taking down a little, dont do as much, verbs with your exercises.
If Dr. hasnt refer you to a PT, try it, ask for it, or try a beneficial massage, to support release any muscle spasm or trigger points you might have.

Take a nice long, hot, relaxing back. Or go and get a message from a Spa or get someone to do it for you.

try bending, twisting, or let the physical psychotherapist do the twisting for you.Try sitting in a jacuzzi with the spout on that part of your final. There is also sleeping with one or the other leg baggy slightly over the edge.
