If he have always have this, then it is a developmental issue, the sclera, or white quantity of the eye, when missing some of the white tissue, will appear brown. Not to worry! Does not want to be fixed.

Some of this could be due to some thin areas on the sclera. . . not to verbs.
It could be "freckles". . . not to worry.
Could be tiny hemmorhhages.. . probably zilch to worry just about as they will go away on their own (my query would be at this point.. . had he have an injury to his head or eye?)
