No. Its in that for a reason. To protect the would, cushion it etc.. Never pop blisters on burns, wounds etc. You can introduce infection and deferment the healing process. Your body will break it down when it is set. Prematurely popping it will alter the tissue repair, take away the protection of the beneficial wound and maybe front to more scaring. Your body is deeply smarter than you and it knows what it is doing...

Make sure you sterelize the needle you are going ot use by putting it in some rubbing alcohol or heat it up with a lighter for a few second. Make sure you have treatise towels or something down because if the blister is that big it is probably going to bleed quite a bit. And as a southern tradition "don't pop a blister till the sun go down" I'm not sure why.
