I have be experiencing lower back distress for about a week or so very soon, but it only happen in the morning, starts at around 530 and stops when I achieve up, I though it could be the mattress so Ive tried sleeping on the couch and floor, but none had any effect its still here. I doesnt hurt at all during the sunshine or when I first go to bed. I exercise three times a week, waddle about a mile and a partially nightly with my dog, I guzzle right, have correct posture and height to freight ratio, what could be causing this?

How do we not trip up out of bed when we are asleep??

It sounds as if the posture you are assuming at night while sleeping is the basis of your pain. Try using an extra pillow subsequent time and keep this pillow underneath your knees if you are on your back or between your knees if you are on your side. You will probably awake throbbing free. Try this for a couple of nights and see what happen. Hope this helps.
