Soothanol X2? Has anyone used this?
Here are some suggestions that don't involve any OTC or prescription drugs:
1. Try meditating, and by this i suggest taking control of your breathing. Empty your thoughts, breathe in deeply, and breathe out deeply slowly. Exhaling slowly helps contained by relaxing your body. You need not be contained by any specific position, but be sure that you're comfortable.
2. Try drinking some warm milk to still you down before you turn to bed. It contains high level of tryptophan, which is a natural drug.
3. Try some mild exercises during the day to stimulate your body to get the rest it deserves. Exercise is a adjectives suggestion for those experiencing jet wad (I read this on an airline magazine)

I agree near comments above, give yourself at most minuscule an hour before going to bed to relax. Also you could try sleepy time tea, thaw milk, melatonin, 5-Htp, or 1/2 a bananna or a handful of cheeries. These items stimulate the serotonin levels surrounded by your brain helping to induce sleep. You may want to discuss this with your doctor first.
maybe u can try reading a highly uninteresting book while lay in bed. u will doze sour before finishing the 1st page.
