I feel equal. Best thing to do is form sure you get to sleep much ahead of time on the Thursday night - measurable I know. Also go out and go and get some fresh air at lunchtime.
After working adjectives week, getting up at 6 am for work, I never go out on Friday night. Take it easy on Friday and afterwards go out Saturday hours of darkness.
Fuel yourself on booze and coke and you'll be fine!

Go out on Saturday : )I would advise getting 7h sleep on weekdays rather and don't eat too heaps carbs or sugar before you plan to run out as that will make you sleepy and sluggish.
Drink some coffee to pick yourself up until that time you go out.

Might want to use Friday lunch time for a 20-minute power doze.Or even right after work for half an hour, as long as you don't bring back sucked into sleeping too long and just sleep the integral night away. Most empire don't go out until latter in the evening anyways, so you should own time to rest up.
If your Friday work routine leaves you feeling sluggish (perhaps you sit at a desk adjectives day) try to vary your routine so that any errands you hold to run or any walking around the office, etc., can adjectives be done throughout the afternoon Friday. if im tired in the past i go on a hours of darkness out i usually just enjoy an hours kip before i travel out then start drinking after a few drinks ul soon liven upI find that when I excersise for 10-15 minutes a light of day, it helps me big-time!
Push-ups also are great for keeping a man's libedo up(as upper body exercise does wonders no blue pill could ever do...)
