Have you be to an orthpedic doctor...if not to be exact step number one. If you are on medictions for the reflux, you should be able to give somebody a lift antiinfllamatories also. The only solid treatments avail for this are antiinflamatories and surgery. sounds like it is time for a serious consult next to an orthodedist.
