i agree with the first soul; but take an anti-inflammatory resembling motrin or ibuprofen and keep the muscles and joint moving; you don't want them to stiffen up; 15 minutes of heat and 15 minutes of rime; heat to loosen the muscle and joint up; and ice to weaken any swelling; hope you feel better!I seem to be to always cough and choke after ingestion a meal?
