I found that use st.john's wort tea really helps
it works for premenstrual syndrome this tea have a calming and diuretic effect
and this help relieve the symptoms headaches, disquiet, water retention, moodiness and cramping.
and if it is really bleak I take Advil
I also found that soaking in a hugely hot tub wonderful but I had to lay on my side so that the wet covered my tummy
