Acetaminophen, the max. dosage you can take contained by a day is 4grams. I bring narcotic pain pills near acetaminophen in them and I've been told by both my doctor and pharmacist that once you exceed 4 grams it can be toxic to your liver. Now, if you're not living near chronic pain, I'm not sure you should pocket that much. If you're taking it for just ache and minor pains, I wouldn't recommend even that much.
