About 5 days before christmas break I disslocated my shoulder while doing handstands at home:(...anyways i go to the ER and they popped it back. I wore the slinky for 4 days approaching the doctor instructed and he said i should follow up by going to a doctor to check but I really don't have money to do so. Believe me i literary my lesson but now I don't know what to do to relieve it get better. I can bend my arm and stuff but i can't do much flurry cuz it gets tired markedly soon and I don't lift my shoulder up soaring cuz the doc said i shouldn't do that. So help
