I tried both lunesta and ambien. I didnt like lunesta, cuz when i wud stir up, i wud have a strange drink in my throat, and i wud be for adjectives day long.but ambien is slightly good of a med, didnt own side effects or nothing. wudnt even get the impression tired in the morning.
melatonin is a natural, over the counter sleep aide. I regulates your bodies sleeping pattern by using a hormone your brain produces. it is non-addicting and I wake up intuition good never drowsy. I have had terrifically good luck beside melatonin it's worth a try. Mine is 3mg. and it has an added stress reliever call Theanine.
