rime it, try frozen peas (in the bag) they work better than ice cubes. Be in place for some really black eyes to, when you hurt your nose your eyes blacken too.

Ice it for 10 minutes ; but do not touch ice directly to the skin . Put a bandanna or cloth over it .A frozen bag of peas or corn works very well! And yes, put something between your nose and the coldness.
