I had a muscle spasm for the first time today. Is at hand any way I should sleep tonight to trade name it better?
I really need to walk to school tomorrow. I couldn't today because the anguish was so excruciating. I'm almost to go to bed so is in that any good position I should sleep within to ease the cramp and make it smaller quantity intense by morning?

I've had muscle spasms contained by my back since I be a teenager. I usually whip advil and try to sleep with a pillow lower than my legs or if I can I lie on the floor beside my feet up on the couch. I hope you be aware of better. If you're under 18, though, I would ask your parents their view.
Drink lots of fluids
and sleep on your back.
