Will my ankle ever completely heal?
I go to the doctor yesterday because it had be hurting since Tues when I think it turned below (but it may have be the left)
Beginning to think it's never going to completely treat because despite everything I've done in the last 5-6 year it seem to just hold getting worse and the doctors just hold on to doing the same things over and over. Starting to get the impression a little hopeless and wondering if anyone have any ideas as far as at lowest possible managing the pain and making the pooled more stable.

I know where you are coming from! I hold the same problem next to mine, from sport injuries when I was childlike, and a broken one now (3 weeks ago sliped on some ice) grrrr....
Anyway, I know of a couple of things that really help out. One of them I am even using on my current broken ankle to heal it faster. The first is what is call a TENs stimulator. It stimulates the mucles around the joint and both relives dull pain and strengthens the mucles to stablize the joint.

I can sure recount the difference when I go rotten it for a while cause the ache in the joint do come back. I own arthitis on several of my joints so I really become aware of. i believe you can. only imagine yourself everyday near a healed ankleI enjoy a similar problem. I broke my ankle when I was a kid (5 years outmoded, I think) and it has be problematic ever since. Have you tried ace wrapping it for support? How about ankle braces? Have you be to physical therapy? Depending on what state you live in, you might know how to walk into a phsyical dream therapy clinic and be able to be treated minus a reffural. Or you can ask your doctor about sending you to physical psychiatric therapy.

OMG u r just close to me im a cheerleader and my ankle will NEVER heal completly i hold injured it way to oodles times. that is sooo unnatural u are a bigger me im a teen
