If it's not causing you that much anguish and you have a typical range of motion beside it I couldn't worry. You're probably doing the best you can next to the elevation and ice. (Make sure your not putting rime directly onto the skin- use a dishtowel or something in between). Depending on your injury some docs will recommend alternating wet grill with rime.
However, if you have twinge rotating it, or putting weight on it, I'd suggest dropping into an urgent safekeeping center or Dr's office for a spur-of-the-moment x-ray to rule out a fracture. You may need a splint to consent to you go stern to using it some and yet hold you from injuring it again before a possible fracture heal.

Oh agree to me use my x-ray vision to see and report to you!If you can walk on it, it's probably sprained and not broken. In this instance you can dally and see your family doctor following.
If you can't walk on it, it MIGHT be broken! In any valise you'd probably do well beside crutches - so get give support to.
If your foot is turning black, has no pulse or sensation and might die and grounds gangrene and kill you, you've departed it too long. You'd do well to draw from to a hospital emergency room.

Chances are that if it doesn't hurt that discouraging it isn't too serious... however if you think it might be broken budge get an x-ray... I brok my wrist a few years final and didn't go to the doctor... It still hurts on a regular font... I wish I have went when the injury occured
