I took a look at their website and it doesn't look too promising. The main ingredients are 10mg of ephedrine group alkaloids extracted from ma Huang, 20:1 extract from hoodia, white willow yelp (aspirin), and guarna which is a different form of caffeine. Of the ephedrine alkaloids (ephedrine pseudoephedrine and the demethlyated forms of each) ephedrine itself is the one that has the freight loss benefits. The ten mg of ephedrine alkaloids in this product are not standardized for ephedrine so are getting an unknown mass of ephedrine per dose if any at all. Even if it be pure ephedrine that would be a substandard dose.
The website says that the Hoodia is "100% certified from Africa." Does that be set to that they certify 100% it was grown surrounded by Africa or that it is 100% real Hoodia from the country of South Africa? If it is the latter they would entail a C.I.T.E.S Certificate, which I didn't see displayed on the site, though I may not have looked rugged enough. Chances are it is no apt.
A more effective and cheaper approach would be to construct your own ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin stack from otc ephedrine, caffeine pills and aspirin. If you happen to find any trait pure hoodia you could use that too.
