Can never fall asleep and other wake up rash?


I always shift to bed at 9-10ish and eat a bunch after cant fall asleep till effective 12. then i enjoy to get up at 630 every morning. what should i do?

I would suggest not intake a lot previously bed cuz that will give you more energy
try not drinking after 8
i ussually go to bed around 11 and put on close to an infomercial thats reeeaallly boring
i'll fall asleep in ten minutes
and i have to be up at 6

Take an Ambian. It will knock you out for a lot longer than you generally sleep!
