Advil/Aleve, heating wipe, knees propped up with a pint of rime cream and a good chick flick. Seriousy...the heat pad will sustain. Place it on your abdomen or rear (whichever hurts worse).move around it keeps your muscles loose. try not to munch through a lot of rime and eat chocolate it make you happy try melt heating pad.
Avoid periods. Use commas, colons, semi-colons and exclamation grades... or Advil.
something that always worked for me is taking a hot hip bath and soaking in it. the hot water help relieve the sore aching muscles cause by cramps. also i used to lie on a heat pad when the abdominal cramps be at their worst. Sometimes lying on your stomach helps relieve some of the achiness. (i'm not sure exactly why to be exact, but i think its due to the pressure.....it other worked for me). also, gently kneeding the stomach nouns can help soothe the cramps.

my dr have given me celebrex once which did help when the cramps get so bad the heat pad and advil and evrything else didnt work and it did very well for meI had horrifying cramps my entire life, which I then found out was cause by endometriosis, had a hysterectomy at age 28. But what worked for me be a pill called Premsyn PMS, I'd thieve 2 of those and 4 Advil and that worked. But I had to take in for questioning it before the niggle got too impossible. Good luck, it's certainly no fun!!
