depends on the smooth of care inwhich they are providing. If the condition care technicians are dispensing medication, writing prescriptions, diagnosing conditions, referring for diagnostic conducting tests, performing surgery, then no, they should not be doing these types of services.
But more than promising the health thought technicians are following the orders of someone sophisticated up, that does have the childhood and qualifications to oversea the treatment or adminstration of aid.(for instance, this my perception of a CNA, and I may be wrong, but they go to college for six weeks......for what? To learn how to impart a bath, or to revise to take their warmth, or to help them dress?)

No professional nurse would allow someone to do something that might jeopardize his or her license, and no respectable medical bureau would use a medical assistant or clerk interchangeably with a nurse. However, certified medical assistants are human being used more and more to take vitals, do phlebotomy, or pass out simple testing, i.e. audio/visual screening. If your provider's organization is using a medical receptionist or clerk (employees who are NOT certified) to perform these duties, you should complain to the Department of Health and your insurance company--not a short time ago to your provider. As a patient, you enjoy the right to refuse to hold those people supply you treatment, but your office dawdle time may increase while you wait for a nurse or PA.The use of physician extenders (PAs, NPs, etc) is becoming more prevalent in healthcare because the enclosed space is becoming more consumer driven. Providers have to hold out quick, characteristic care, and at hand just aren't ample MDs to provide the service. All PAs and NPs work under the auspices of MDs, and an MD must be on site when they are providing thinking, so there's really no reason they shouldn't be fully utilized to treat the patients.
