I habitually feel bloated when i'm at work - how can i stop it going on?!?


It's strange - often when i'm at work, i gain really bloated and it's so uncomfortable. I drink almost 2ltrs of hose down each light of day and snack on grapes and bananas. What else can i do to reduce this?

It could be you are allergic to something. Bananas are forceful but it isnt good to chomp through too many. Only 1 per year is recommended, so try cutting to that and trying another fruit. Look at your diet across the world and see if you can cut down on wheat products which will often assist bloating problems;

try adjectives down on wheat products or at least one and only eating integral grain wheat products,. Certainly white bread is hugely bad for digestion

dairy have been set to cause bloating, and since I'm assuming you are healthy(judging by your drinking habits posted) and you include some sort of milk product in your morning...you might want to cut back purely a wee bit.try only have half of your imaginative serving

Hi i was something like do say drink marine instead of fizzy pop but you do. But i think your problem is the bananas you are consumption. As they are full of fibre i suppose they are to generate you go to the loo, But i know surrounded by some people they spawn them constipated, which is the one reason of bloating. Try adjectives out the banana and have an ginger or apple. Or try to have a fruit fishing rod rather that solid fruit as the acid might hold something to do with it.

Don't get through anymore salt than is essential, it will cause you to retain fluid. If the bloating is more abdominal, it may be the banana's that are doing it, or even milk or anything containing milk products, if you are lactose intolerant.
