Whats the difference between ibuprofen and asprin, the effects of them....?

Answer:

HELP kidney pain?

Ibuprofen, aspirin and naproxyn sodium are member of a class of medications call NSAIDS, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. They not only exhaust pain, but they weaken inflammation. Acetaminophen, or tylenol (paracetamol) is not an NSAID, although it relieves pain, it does not exhaust inflammation.
Most of these drugs work in the same comportment, that is they block the bustle of cytokines and prostaglandins on cells. These are the chemical messengers of niggle and inflammation. Your nerve cell react to these chemicals and interpret the signals as anguish in the brain. By blocking them, you stop the strain signals from being transmitted.
These drugs are remarkably safe for the most part of a set, however, they do have some certain side effects including stomach irritation, and prolonging bleeding time by decreasing the stickiness of platelets. This is why aspirin is not good for relatives with bleeding ulcer.
Personally, if I have an injury or infection that involves swelling, I prefer to use ibuprofen. It also works better than tylenol to trim down fevers as in good health.
However, if I have backbone pain (like a headache or sciatica) next Tylenol is better at controlling this kind of strain quickly near less risk of stomach irritiation.
Most of these drugs should not be taken by society with liver problems, approaching cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis.
