Normal hum after knee surgery?
No, don't spring to conclusions about your joint or your spine. Most likely you enjoy strained one of your hamstring muscles or your adductor muscles on the inner part of your thigh. The pop you hear could be from tendon snapping over other ligament or bone, not always a big treaty. A muscle can be strained mildly (overstretched) or severely (torn from it's attachment on the bone). If you could still continue contained by your activities, it is most promising a mild strain. Take time off from stretching to tolerate it heal. It is probably inflamed and this is why you hurt. I am a squeeze therapist surrounded by Canada with three years of training, so I know a fiesta bit about the human body.
You either popped a united, or something in your spine. Next time, ease into it.
It could be a joint, but also a lower support disk,....it might be causing pressure on a audacity, ...that's why you have the radiating strain in your butt and legs!! ..and more predictable barely any mobility!!!! Go to a Chiropractor or a Neurologist!! -- DO NOT STRETCH anymore, it may end in more damage!!! Use the rime, where it hurts...it will comfort! -- U might end up have to take cramp medicine!
