Stress does cause the muzzle to bleed...however its the tiny blood vessels within the nose that are scraggy and allowing the blood to pass through them more smoothly..when under stress you will consideration that you will have more frequent snout bleeds....I have one and the same problem and went to my doctor. He advise me to drink tons of water! During that time of the month your body get really dehydrated. I be doubtful but I did what I was told. It WORKED!!! Haven't have an issue since. Good Luck!! :)
