OMG I 'm tweleve too! I own the SAME problem. I went to a knees doctor and I told him I have have pains under my kneecap. The x-rays turned out fine. He told me my quad muscle is not strong ample to hold my knee bonnet up. he also said I have tendinities (spelling) He give my some straps that go below my knee trilby so it holds my knee bonnet when I run. My knees pop and hurt alot whenever I move them wrong and he said that's normal.
He told me to do these in no doubt excercies and they would help.
You may hold what I have or you may own what my friend has. What my friend have is called Osgood Schalatter disease. It is a growing problem. You grow out of it.MAny girls enjoy it. I'm very stirring too. I run track. The straps he gave more work powerfully. I take advil to oblige with the dull pain and the excercises work well. Just budge to the doctor, trust me it will help.

OK well is it possible ur knees is cramping up? Maybe you twisted it. If it gets worse or continues you should natter to a doctor
I have pins and neddles fealing in my hand. What might this be?
may be its a lamp compress u r nerves and because that u've get numbmess .. ... consult u r Dr .. Put some heat pad on u r knee it will drop off stifness and let u r knees move more free .HELP! i have trouble sleeping at hours of darkness!?
try to be less stirring for acouple of days and see the results if there are no results conceivably you need to see the doctor
