I am a nurse in a kith and kin practicioner's office, and although I am principally dealing with OBGYN patients, alot of women experience this...it's basically that you're more sensitive to heat. Alot of culture don't deal near heat as in good health as others do. Your heard can slow down, and cut blood flow to the brain, and can bring on a migrane. Your digestive system also slows down which is why most people aren't as hungry within the hot climates, which makes any MSG you get through more prevalent, which also brings on migraines. Try reducing MSC and drinking lots of water contained by the heat, it might minister to. Some patients that my doctor I work for treats take XANAX which is a medication for anxiety, but also works for roast sensitive migraines. Good luck to you!
Running a body low on water is similar to running a car low on grease - can lead to a blown engine (you put in the picture what it does to a body) DRINK WATER.
