I enjoy a friend who while cooking his wife dinner got a really fruitless charlie horse in his calf. Then it snapped, as wierd as that sounds, his charlie horse made a really discouraging snapping, kinda pop sound. The nouns is now bruised, swollen, and the undamaged area feel cold.. He says his calf looks close to it is pregnant from how much it swelled. He cant walk, and the slightest of touch sends and tremendous amount of niggle through his leg. He doesnt have medical insurance and doesnt enjoy the money to go a doctor. Any thinking of what happened or what he can do to backing it??
