Last friday when i was due to make available blood (im a blood donor) the nurse had problems trying to locate the artery in my arm to get hold of the blood from with the nozzle and after she and a fellow nurse told me to clench my fist and do the 'blood pumping' action, she put the plunger in, and to my shock put the plunger right up (or possibly against) the central fortitude down my arm (according to a person on the phone from the Nat. Blood Service Medical Issues)

Anyway since later my left arm have been massacre me, and its impossible to move my forearm without person in some form of distress. The person on the phone said that it cud appropriate a maximum 8-10weeks b4 it fully heals and that I own to rest my arm, but its near impossible for me to rest whilst not moving my arm at adjectives.

I am contemplating on claiming compensation, but it could just be a long hassle and uneccesary really. But Its something that im thinking nearly if my arm were to grasp worse, which I hope it doesn’t. Any Advice…
