trying to lift a nap other helps for me.but if it is that doomed to failure, i would recommend going to the doctor. don't mean to freak you out...but my mom be having these shocking headaches, her eyes feel they were also going to pop out. we took her to the emergency room, they give her a mri and turned out she had a minor stroke! so merely to rule that out...seeing a doctor would help!
Sounds approaching a migraine headache , the are terrible. Or another sort could be caused by a sinus infection.
