well, do you reckon to much while going to sleep?
i think the just way to move about to sleep faster is to read for 15or 20 minutes
and after that just strait shift to sleep.
i wish i have your problem, not being tired i parsimonious. i never sleep well nearly 4 hrs in total and am other tired
have tried everything but don't want to pinch pills, my advice to you is don't tolerate this problem go on as long as i enjoy or it will become a way of duration with you

Take some Benadryl. I do that if I ever hold trouble sleeping or am too stressed to sleep or something. Although technically it is a drug, it's nothing compared to a tranquilizer, over-the-counter or prescription. I wouldn't do it adjectives the time though. If this has be going on for a long time or if you keep have trouble, I'd see a doc.why not read about accounting.

I too live in a unforgivable "non-sleep" world!! I take unisom almost nightly. I dislike intensely taking it, but if I don't I will be up until 2:00am and have to achieve up at 5:00am.I just ask this question recently, be told to work out like nutty, take thinking of anything heavy on my mind, melt milk, melatonin, no caffeine.... the list go on!! Melatonin works pretty good, but that is to say probably a med to ya!!

I'm suffering matching thing,I'm wide-ranging awake all darkness,one of my friends has suggested dark nurse,apparently you don't have that awful notion the next time,but it does send you stale to sleep ,I'm going to try that

What I do is (if I can't and know I can't seize to sleep) rest my eyes and just believe of a pleasant situation in your minds eye. Don't suggest about sleep or relate yourself to sleep, as this has the gloomy affect (personal advise).

Avoid heavy studying or reading previously bed. Don't sleep with the TV on! Total shadow is best if possible. Try to enjoy the same bed time every dark, even on weekends. I like to chomp through something warm beside milk before I step to bed, it helps me carry to sleep. Also, my mom gave me this video you can listen to that has a hypnotizing vanquish that makes your brain relax and make you go to sleep. I did it once and it works powerfully. But I don't know the details sry, maybe you could look for something on the internet? I also hear it's good to hold 10 minutes of relaxing before you step to sleep. Like don't just come backbone from the movies and go to bed, clutch like 10 minutes to peaceful down.start with lying down..close your eyes and pocket deep breaths..getting slower and slower..this rests your heart vanquish..and lying down releases the sleeping hormone..try it :)
