I got my ear pierced ultimate week and now the vertebrae of my ear hurts whenever i turn it, is this an infection?

it might just be torment from the fact that you've hurt your own body and piercings do usually tend to hurt for one-two weeks. i've pierced my own ears myself and i'm pretty sure it's in recent times pain. it also depends on where on earth you pierced your ear also. If the hole starts to turn different colors or get to full of puss after i'd take out the earring and permit the wound heal. but until, if that happen you should regularly clean your ears at lowest possible two times a day, three is probably better.
