The first day is the hardest!! The second and thrid days are rough to. After that it get considerably easier. I had attempted to quit 3 foremost times in my duration. This last time have worked. I haven't smoked since July 17, 2006. I did it by writing down every reason I could dream up of to quit. My #1 was to retrieve the $1000 dollars a year I spent on cigarettes!!! To visualize that I picked out a very nice guitar that I want and plan to buy when I hit that year discoloration. Other than that I used patches for the first week to fill the physiological cravings while I focused on not having a cigarette contained by my hand (use straws if it get bad). Once you get over the abnormal feeling of not holding that cigarette, later getting over the nicotine itself becomes a touch easier. Don't give up- I promise you can do it. And trust me after smoking for 9 years, I very soon feel approaching a completely different person (and smell close to one too). Good luck.

Good for you...I freak out if I run out. Plus I work for a Tobacco Company.You have need of to use the patch, commit lozenge or something to eliminate the "habit". My friend used Zyban (prescription) and she be a hard core smoker.
Take a shower.....Eat, Eat....a few pounds are better than smoking and you will discern so much better in a few days/weeks.

Oh come on day one! Once you manage day three adjectives the rubbish is out of your body and after 3 weeks the cravings goI ve done 9 days and am feelin really great and I know if I have another cigarette I will repugnance myself- you;re doing really well save it up!!!

Here is a sure fire channel to stop, it helped me abundantly.
Take one full ashtray, a jar and some vinegar.
Pour the contents of the ashtray into the jar and then partly fill it near vinegar.
Shake well and store surrounded by the bottom of the fridge.
Whenever you feel approaching a smoke, bring it out and take a moral sniff.
It's revolting and stops your craving dead.
Once again, angelic for you mate. I have every respect for what your doing.

The benefits are endless and I should know! Do you realize how abundant women will not go out next to me because I smoke? At present I have none and if I do not quit I may winding up up single for the rest of my life. The cost factor alone would be ample to make anyone quit. Me? dearth the guts and the will power. I know how you sensation I'm on my twelfth day & everyday you can look put money on & rember how bad the first morning was & how much better you feel each hours of daylight passes. WAY TO GO !!! GOOD FOR YOU !!!I quit two years ago and it was the best decree I ever made.
There is no right way to quit, Do anything works for you and stick with it. For me i go cold turkey and the first month was especially difficult but after that things were much better.
Get rid of adjectives your lighters, ashtrays, cigarettes, it helps when you hold a craving. Try using sugarless gum or candy or carrot sticks if you need to hold something. It also help to make a schedule of all the positives of quiting and going over them. Exercise is also noteworthy. It will increase the endorphins (natural pain killers) within your body as well as spawn your lungs stronger. People who exercise are also less predictable to smoke.
Keep a positive attitude (I know it is hard) it will help within the long run.
If you do end up smoking again please don't despair. It is terribly hard to quit and it take most people roughly speaking 5 tries at quiting before they are finally successful.

first of all well brought-up for you . when i quit i found drinking a lot of sea helped me it flushs out the body and help distort the cravings. i also found exercise helped i run alot (and still do ) and do a lot of wieght training and give myself goals close to im going to be able to do this heaps rep of this wieght by next week it help have the destraction from the fags if you necessitate any advice email me off-colour be happy to assistance
