If the agony feels approaching the bottom of your heel is bruised, and it is worse when you get out of bed, or after you've be sitting awhile, it might be plantar fasciitis. It is caused when a strip of tissue attached to your heel bone on the underside of your foot becomes inflamed and contracts.
The best process to get nouns from plantar fasciitis is to wear a NIGHT SPLINT while you sleep, which flexes your foot and gently stretches the group of tissue, so to prevent it from contracting. It will probably take a few weeks of wearing the splint every hours of darkness to fully heal, but it works! When you're sitting during the sunshine, try to keep your foot flexed, next to the toes pointed upwards, so the arch of your foot is stretched. Heel inserts in your shoes can offer for a moment temporary nouns, but they don't really help to restore to health the inflamed tissue or fix the cause of the problem.
I have heel pain for a few months, due to self on my feet too much, on a concrete floor. Wearing the dark splint while I slept, and stretching during the day, made it be aware of better instantly, but it took about 3-4 weeks for it to fully treat. It cost about $50, but it be worth every penny.
Another thing that have really helped my foot is wearing "Crocs" rubber clogs. They are ugly, but I own never worn a more comfortable pair of shoes surrounded by my life. In days gone by, I could barely waddle after getting home from work - my feet, knees, hips, and rear legs would hurt so badly after walking on concrete for 16+ hours. Since getting the Crocs, I own had NONE of those problems. An added plus is that they come surrounded by several colors and styles, both kids and adult sizes, are lightweight, enjoy non-slip soles, do NOT absorb odors, and can be wash in the sink or dishwasher. It feel like wearing slippers to work! The most popular style have airholes in the toes, which I thought I be going to hate, but my foot stay very thaw out in them, and I'm sure it's in good health to have a moment or two airflow. The only time I've have any problem with them is when it rain (wet toes from stepping in puddles), but I will soon be getting a pair within the closed-toe style to wear on rainy days.

Check next to a podiatrist for an initial consultation, pay close attention, afterwards you can help yourself surrounded by the future.Do you reflect I cant sleep because I have sleeping disorders or because I'm depressed?
My husband thought he have heel spurs. He went to a robustness aid store where they have a guy who made shoe inserts. He told my husband it was inflamed tendons that cause his pain while walking. He made him a couple of shoe inserts that cured the problem in roughly 2 months. The inserts transfered the weight stance on the feet. They be expensive, but sure beat the heck out of 'living near it' or surgery.
Not sure what type of therapist would do this, but I'd check next to a podiatrist to see if there is one within your area.
