For the past week I've be having the constant response that I'm being choked, approaching my collar is too tight. I don't know how else to describe it. There's a tightness in my throat i.e. more noticeable after I sing. (Which I do day by day, and I'm having trouble next to higher pitches.) After looking at my throat, I can see a couple white spots, I don't know if they are majority.

Suggestions?
