I'm assuming from the sketchy information given, that your autistic daughter does not live at home?....if she is in trouble of hurting herself or others?... than you can have the courts consider her disabled to the point of need confinement. Is there a social worker who follows her defence? THey need to investigate and maybe help her filch better are of her personal hygiene. Call the public health departemnt and discuss this next to them.if you are contained by the U.K. I don't think you hold any rights to bring har hame especially if she has her own social worker and is underneath the care of the social services.
