I can't touch my toes?


I'm really tall for my age...5'5'' 1/2, and I am 12. The lone thing is that I can't touch my toes...whenever I stretch my legs to touch them it hurts. This isn't sudden or anything, I haven't be able to touch my toes since close to 3rd grade. The one and only time I could was when i be like four and my legs be like right contained by front of me. Obviously this isn't normal...HELP!

I be 5'8" at your age so you're really not that tall for your age. Many empire don't have the flexibility to touch their toes. I wouldn't verbs about it too much.

I've always hear that your height shouldn't thing because your body is proportioned the same as everyone else's. hmm your not that tall for a 12 year out-of-date actually..... all right i guess i am a volleyball player and i am the shortest girl on my team and a 5'7'' and a partly... and 16,,, BUT when i was younger girls be my hieght when they were 12 so i dunno...
