Breathe Right strips are great! You will not only capture more sleep, but your boyfriend will as well. You can also buy the store brand, resembling at wal-mart, and they work just as well(and they are resembling 2 dollars cheaper).
If he sleeps on his stomack - that should reduce his snoring. The subsequent thing is find yourself a good set of ear plugs if that doesn't work.

My wife, of 26 years started snoring about 4 years ago. Now I tight snooring.. like an army drill sargent !! She's tried everything from proboscis strips to oral appliances and nothing have ever worked. Finally after many tons sleepless nights she granted to sleep in our guest room and we've both enjoy restful sleeps ever since.
So, no cure here to offer excluding sleeping apart.
Nope... it's not as nice, but at least we aren't disturbing one another's sleep.
