I still have affliction when I lift or stretch out standing up. and they are not sure what it is.

who is not sure what it is. did you go to the er or your doctor? if you own pain contained by your left side it is possible that you cracked a rib. unfortunatley in that is not much that can be done for that other than transport tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain. if you hold not been to the dr i would consider going to attain checked out! good luck
