I have really really discouraging dandruff and i have really tried so oodles different shampoos out there right immediately i am using T-Gel and i have also tried adjectives the head and shoulders products for dandruff. What do i do you can see the dandruff from a distance and it is really annoying when populace are picking it off me and out of my fleece. I mean this dandruff is even around my mane line it is that cracked and I also get these strong lumps that I guess are from the dandruff and when i scratch my organizer those lumps bleed. What do I do? I have already talk to a doctor he is the one that said use the T-Gel and it does not do anything. Can someone help me please?

This might not be an option for you but it might be your just solution. Have you seen a Dermatologist. If your dandruff is as serious as you right to be heard, using harsh shampoos solely makes it worse. A Dermatologist can assist you.
