my knee have hurt for about 2 weeks very soon. the only other time it have hurt before is when i chipped my disappeared knee in the region of 2 years ago but now both kness hurt. gererally when i jump up or down stairs or put pressure on it by running or picking up heavy things. i put a grill pack on it and take advil but it still bothers me. plz facilitate me out doctors mainly. and i don't know if this would hold any thing to do beside it but my knee cap can move!like around contained by a cirlcle. plzzzzz help me. i am a 13 year outdated girl in strain!!!

It might be a cartilage break, or it might just be tendonitis. Heat it for 20 mins, do quad stretches and this other exercise: stand on a short box or stair near your bad leg, later bend the knee and touch your differing heel to the floor. Do 3 sets of 10 reps, then rime for 20 mins when you're done with adjectives the stretches. That should help within a week or two if it's tendonitis. But you really should just progress to the doctor and get it checked out up to that time you injure yourself any more.
