Prilosec OTC is worth a try. You can continue to steal antacids, but its best to separate them by an hour or two because they will decrease the digestion of the Prilosec. Take the Prilosec once a day for 14 days. If you still hold discomfort, see a doctor - which isn't a bad impression anyway.
