the papoose is a board with velcro straps approaching the other people said. it is used alot surrounded by EMS for restraining kids that have have traumatic injuries. it keeps the child held still and keep them from moving around at all. properly applied it completely restrains the child making them not sufficiently expert to move. it is harmless for the child and will incentive them only to take mad motivation they can't move.
