Lower back problems.....any proposal?

About a year ago, I started having trouble beside my back. The singular thing I can have an idea that of that I "may" have done to it, is take some very unhealthy wood at work. (Cabinet factory) Anyways, it didn't bother me then. It be like 3 days next. I've seen alot of doctors. They can't find anything wrong. I'v have the minor operation where they put steroids and anti-inflamitory meds right into your tailbone. They did say-so that disc 3 and 5 were not moderately right, but nothing to verbs about. But it feel more muscular than anything. Not the bones. It's muscle that hurts. ALL the time. I'm getting so tired of having a rear legs ache. Even simple house cleaning agrivates it. I am a 42 year outmoded female. Is this a moment ago something I'm going to have to live beside or are they missing something simple? I'm just really tired of hurting all the time. Any philosophy of what this is?

Answers:

why do i keep getting sharp pains aft my right ear which often cause headaches?

the backbone pain within your muscles is from you not knowingly compensating for the injury to your discs. once a disc is undermined, the only solution is surgery. it is possible that one of your discs is bulging and pressing on your sciatic nerve- which can lead to mild to severe pain to radiate down your legs.

ask your doctor (or a trial one if yours isnt listening) for a MRI of your lower back- this should reveal any damage that requirements attention. follow that with a stop by to a neurologist for some medication therapy for it. sometimes it is possible to take rid of the pain short fixing the problem.

i have have this problem myself for many MANY years... my L4L5 and L5S1 discs are blown completely out... i function on affliction pills, muscle relaxers and anti inflammitory drugs... the only article i take continually is the antiinflammitory drugs (like ibuprophen)

See a chiropractor. It did wonders for me.

Could my 4 year weak be sleep walking?

Talk with your doctor going on for seeing a pain headship doctor, they can help near injection like you said you already enjoy gotten and they should give you some meds too. Oh, own you had a MRI, because if you didn't know X-rays simply show skeletal not muscular like you contemplate it is. So if you haven't had the MRI bargain to your doctor about that first entity. Well good luck and I know what you be going to, I'm only 23 and enjoy to deal next to lower back, d¨Ścolletage and left shoulder distress, probably for the rest of my live.

This is something...I am sorry to hear about your throbbing. You have already done so much...I would try Soothex as a inbred remedy which cures instead of only taking the strain away. Soothex detoxifies your body. The other tip is to do EFT. Easy one minute acupressure point treatments and it can help you to gain rid of the back twinge. It works for my husband. Soothex and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
