not sure how one could go to bed after he died contained by the first place-of course if one died and went to bed consequently he really wouldn't have made it to bed because he would be insensible and therefore not be contained by bed. So, if one died and didn't actually be paid it to bed, he would have died and "not be in bed"-The answer is yes.
