Does anyone hold any remedies for Cartilage damage surrounded by the shoulder? Natural or otherwise? Thanks :-)?

Glucosamine, and fish grease pills. I know it sounds crazy but it should help. that's what we give our dog who had degenerative arthritis and when Mom asked our ancestral doc about it he said that it could comfort with her arthritis too. You can draw from it at Wal-Mart in the vitamin aisle or at a vigour food store (but Wal-Mart is a lot cheaper) They also enjoy some other stuff that supposed to help but I've never tried it. Taking calcium and vitamin D for a jacked up ankle and it seem to be helping some so you might try that too
