Sometimes shedding tears is a good style to clear your mind of thoughts which are getting you down and block your vision for what may crop up next. I individually have have enough of worrying just about what is around the corner and now only deal next to it as it arises, but I don't blame anyone for worrying about what is to come. It can be alarming when you keep thinking in the region of something you don't know. In time you will probably feel duplicate as me and stop caring roughly speaking the next event until it happen because you will build up a good guard against the surprising.

Sometimes I cry over the stupidest things. And yes, I own over things that haven't happened all the same. But herein lies a problem...you ask what is "normal". I have BPD so I may not be considered regular at all. Everyone is different though, and what touches you may not phase the subsequent person, and vice versa.Take support! :)
