Let me take this from a lay person's point of scene, nothing medical. Have you ever bump into up with citizens, who declare that 'you are looking impressively good, you're looking so very well,' and you reply.... oh don't be deceived . I look appropriate only on the outside but truly I am feeling unacceptable inside, with adjectives my ailments.
This is being apparently decent, the ability to look powerfully while you are not.

The difference between on top form and apparently healthy is within who is doing the speaking.A medical professional will not tell you you are 'healthy' but will influence "apparently" because they must cover their you know what's from suit-hungry patients. The bottom line is there's no process to really know absolutely that at hand isn't something wrong somewhere -- there are abundantly of 'silent' diseases out there and some of them can eliminate.
You, of course, can claim yourself healthy at any time and not a soul will sue you.
